Full itinerary
Day 1: Lake Manyara National Park
Depart from Arusha or the airport and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a beautiful reserve famous for its lush forests, scenic lake views, and incredible birdlife.
Enjoy a game drive through the park where you can spot:
Large herds of elephants
The famous tree-climbing lions
Thousands of flamingos and other bird species
After your game drive and picnic lunch, continue toward the Serengeti region.
Arrive at your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti, Tanzania’s most celebrated park and home to the legendary Great Migration.
