4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing (by email or WhatsApp).

• Cancellation policies vary by tour but are generally as follows:

  • 7 or more days before the tour: full refund (minus transaction fees).

  • 3–6 days before: 50% refund.

  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: no refund.

• Refunds are processed using the same payment method originally used.

5. Changes or Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety, or local regulations.

• Change prices or descriptions on our website at any time without prior notice.
  If a major change affects your booking, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered an alternative or refund.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain personal travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and other potential risks.
Onestino di Zanzibar is not responsible for costs arising from events beyond our control.

7. Health and Safety

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in tours.

• Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements.

• Our guides prioritize safety and may refuse service to anyone behaving dangerously or under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
